Our Design Department is at the service of our customers to design packaging for their needs using today’s technology, supplying innovative design and structural integrity for their shipping needs. Our plant has in-house manufacturing of corrugated, wood, and foam packaging and our highly skilled design staff has the range of expertise in these areas to support these requirements and more.

SolidWorks Design Software

SolidWorks Design Software gives us choices of 3D CAD, Design Validation, and Product Data Management software, plus Product Documentation software. We can go from concept to virtual prototype in 3D.

Score!

For Corrugated design work we also utilize the long held standard Score! design software. The software is integrated with our operating systems to ensure that designs are manufactured to spec.

Kongsberg XL Cutting Table

Kongsberg XL Cutting Table is a computerized table capable of sample making and short-run production runs. This table gives us the ability to send our design from the computer to the table for exact cutting of samples. We have the ability to cut corrugated, chipboard, and foam samples.
