We carry a wide range of:
 Polyethylene
Used to cushion pallet and
packaging. Best suited to protect products which can be described
as relatively high in value, moderately fragile, and weighing more
than 10 pounds.
 Expanded
Polystyrene
Used for insulated shipping boxes, packaging and custom molded shapes.
Primarily for shipping lightweight, relatively rugged products such
as small appliances and consumer electronics.
 Polyurethane
Used for sound absorbing packaging. There are two types of foams,
Polyester for stiffer and more expensive packages and Polyether
for less expensive softer and less abrasive packages.
 Anti-Static
Used for computer/ electronic packs.
 Cross-Linked
Used for material handling trays.
 Neoprene
Used for gaskets. All our Foams meet federal specifications.
Foam Wraps
Used when products require flexible packaging. There are 3 types
of foam wraps, Polypropylene is very soft, lightweight and flexible
and drapes well. Polyethylene foam wraps are also soft, lightweight
and flexible as well as uniform cell size which results in a consistent
appearance. Polyurethane foam wraps are easily compressed and are
generally used for very lightweight products.
Air Bubble Wraps
Are produced by encapsulating
bubbles of air between two sheets of plastic film. This wrap is
flexible, soft, lightweight, transparent, water-resistant and heat-sealable.
They are:
- CFC/HCFC free
- Recyclable
- Fire retardant foam meets CAL117
